Shipping Fee
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
- For orders under $50, we keep it simple with a $5.99 USD flat-rate fee.
U.S. Shipping Coverage
For orders within the United States, we currently ship to the 48 contiguous states (continental U.S.) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
We continue to ship internationally, including to the UK, Canada, Australia, and other select countries.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time
To ensure reliable and timely service, we fulfill all orders from our carefully selected warehouse locations. While we strive for fast delivery, please note that exact shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier schedules, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Most orders are fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse, allowing for fast and reliable delivery.
Only in rare cases (such as limited editions or teporary stock transfers) will an order ship from our international warehouse. If this applies, delivery timelines will be clearly communicated after purchase.
While we do our best to deliver promptly, please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier schedules or local delivery conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to track your package directly through the tracking website (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or others, depending on your location).
Carrier Responsibility
After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lhasa Remedy is no longer responsible for any delays, customs processing times, or delivery issues. For the most accurate updates regarding your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Lhasa Remedy is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Insurance & Protection
Optional shipping protection is provided by Seel, an independent third-party insurance provider. Coverage terms, claim eligibility, processing, and reimbursement decisions are handled solely by Seel under their policy.
Lhasa Remedy is not the insurer and does not control or manage shipping protection claims once an order is in transit.
